Spectacular Items 2.0 Release

New

• Added Welthy power (Shoots valuable blocks)
• Added Fireball power (Shoots fireballs)
• Added Breaker power (Break any block you right click and have the item left over, doesn't break bedrock)
• Added Decay power (Turns any block you right click into a falling block)
• Added option to edit the amount of time an entity is on fire when hit by a fire powered item
• Added particle effects on some power activities
• Added more permissions

Fixed

• Fixed the lightning power where it wasn't working
• Small bugs*
