Spawners+
adds a crafting recipe for mob spawners, and makes mobs have a chance to drop their respective eggs
Ever wanted to make mob spawners in a survival server? Now you can. Just surround an eye of ender with chain and your set! Now how to get those spawn eggs... It's simple! every MC mob has a 5% chance to drop their spawn egg!
To change the default values for mob drops(which by default is 5%), you can edit the config.yml file in the folder generated when the plugin is run.

- Add customizable crafting recipe for monster spawners
- add a default percent value in the config file to make changing mob percents faster
- add a /spp changePercent [value]command to make changing values EVEN faster
