this plugin is used in tandem with any silktouch spawner mod, to create a configurable chance for spawners to drop.

SpawnerChance is used to configure spawner drop rates on bukkit servers that allow silk touch use on spawners. you can set a variable chance for spawners to drop when mined. once a spawner drops it will retain the mob data and become persistent, so it will not reroll the drop chance after it is first mined.
