Changes from 1.7.1 to 1.8.0-Beta
-Experience dropped by spawners can be blocked.
-Spawners can now spawn other entity types (arrows, fireballs, boats, minecarts, eggs)

Known Issues:
-Radius check sometimes wonkey. Just disable if you have issues.
-included config file is slightly out of date. Run SpawnerAdjuster once and it will update the config file
-Many small issues maybe. Post tickets!
