This paper will allow you to spawn an animal. Which in this case it is a polar bear.

Name Changer! It will allow you to right click a mob to change it's name. It supports minecraft colors and it is soulbound so you won't lose it on death. It requires a nether star to make because it's soulbound.
When the command is used, one spawn paper will be removed from your inventory.
Dog Treats will allow any wild wolf to be auto tamed. Way better than fighting any skeletons.
You won't be able to access the command to spawn an animal, if you don't have a spawn paper in your inventory.
Description
I want to reduce the trouble of getting rare animals like mooshrooms, polar bears, skeleton horses, etc. I am going to make a plugin addon to slimefun where you can spawn in a mob with a command, when you have a certain item in your inventory. That way it may take a bit of a grind to get the mob spawning item, but it will be better worth it than spending your time to go and grab one off another biome thousands of blocks away. Message me what you would think about this plugin.
