What's new
- Significant rewrite with original functionality intact.
- Config overhauled. Messages split into language file for better localization support. Some config paths may have changed.
- Possibly fixed some bugs related to punishments seeming to happen randomly.
- Banning now handled by Bukkit. (No more "/spam unban" command. You have to use normal /unban instead)
- Please delete your config.yml and let it regenerate.
