v1.0 RC-1 - This version is likely the last build before the 1.0 release. If a week passes with no serious errors, 1.0 should be released!

• Added several performance enhancements
• You can now run only an external command when a player is warned/kicked/banned
• Added Multi-Account spam protection, where several accounts spam the same message
• Straightened up the config for more readability
• /sg printInfo will print your server's info and SpamGuard config to a text file. Use this when filing a ticket!
