Features

• Distinction between players into two classes: miners and apparatchiks.
• Apparatchiks can create SovietChests which "absorb" set items.
  • SovietChest are created following this process :
    • Spawn one or two chests
    • Put a sign just above each one.
    • Write [SovietChest] on the first line
    • Write material name or ID on the second line
  • E.g :
    • [SovietChest]
    • Dirt
• Miners have no access to resources they have mined if a SovietChest for this item is defined and not full
• Resources are stored in SovietChests, which can only be opened by apparatchiks.
• Broadcasts the name of the best miner of the last hour every 2 minutes (so score resets every hour).
