Added /soundall
Plays sounds for all online players!
Usage: /soundall <SOUND>
Permission: sound.soundall
- Internal Error on Non-Existant Sounds
- Nothing in Config(Will be added for later features)
- Internal Error if player not online(/soundp only)
This mod has no additional files
