This plugin gives you the ability to block sounds, or replace them with others.

This Plugin required ProtocalLib.

Install

First obtain ProtocalLib, and drop it in the plugins folder. After that Its a simple Drag and Drop installation in the plugins directory. From there reload or restart the server.
