MAJOR UPDATE

Changed the way SoulSpawners works

-The Spawner now Drops The Spawn Egg(s) AFTER Breakage. -Added Config Option for Drop Amount.

Why I chose to do this....

I choose to change the way SoulSpawners to this because the last idea (Where you punch the spawner) Had a lot of errors and bugs, plus I thought it would be better if the spawner only drops spawn eggs when you break it, not just punch.

==== NOTE ====
THIS VERSION WILL ONLY WORK FOR 1.10!!
The reason for this: The Bukkit api has not updated to the new minecraft way minecraft handles spawn egg nbt data, and I doubt that will happen anytime soon.
