SnowPlus

- Ability to see how many blocks have been changed (optional in config.yml 'see-changes' - default: true)
- Ability to set the default shape to square (config.yml 'square' - default: false)
- In game you will be able to change the shape using:
/snowplus [radius] [c/s]     c = circle; s = square
the radius value for the square is half the side of the square;
