SnowPlus

Now you can put snow in a determined area. This plugin will look for the highest blocks around a certain radius and if the block is valid to have snow on it, he will put snow, if there is water there, he will change that block to ice.

Usage:
/snowplus <radius>
/snowplus <radius> [c or s]
c for circle
s for square
He will save this change till you restart the plugin.

config.yml:
will apear in the first run, on it you can set:
max-radius: 15 (default, prevent a wrong big entry crash the server)
square: false (default, set the default shape of the command to square)
see-changes: true (will display how many blocks have changed/appeared with the command)
valid-blocks:
- 1
- 2 ...
(list of blocks that can have snow on it)

Permissions:
In the future, right now only ops can use it.

- permissionsbukkit compatible.
- change the biome to snow where you put snow.
