This is my second time making a plugin and i made it on request.
Now what the plugin currently does is that it will enable the server admins/owners/ops to be able to make snowballs deal damage. They can choose whether it deals damage to player or mobs, and they can also choose how much damage it deals, I believe it is done so that 1 = half a heart. I decided this would be a great plugin seeing as the time of year it is coming up to, so you can do those server wide snowball fights.
