Snick's Combat Logger
Snick's Combat Logger takes a different, simpler approach to stop players from avoiding combat through teleportation or logging out.
Entering Combat
There are two ways of entering combat...
- Deal damage to another player
- Receive damage from another player
Leaving Combat
To leave combat, you must simply stand still for a total of 4 seconds. This stops players from combat logging or teleporting after enduring a chase with a fellow opponent for a long period of time.
What is "Combat"
When in combat, there are a few different things a player cannot do.
Any commands with the following words will be blocked from usage during combat.
- tpa
- spawn
- home
- warp
- back
- outpost
Leaving the game while in combat
Quitting or using Alt + F4 while in combat will kill the player and drop the loot on the ground for the attacker to pickup.
Efficient System
This system was built with large servers holding dozens of players at a time. Careful steps were taken to reduce as much RAM and CPU usage as possible.
Installation
- Download SnickCombatLogV1-0.jar
- Place the SnickCombatLogV1-0.jar file into your plugins folder
- Restart or Reload the server.
- Enjoy quality PvP without Combat Logging!
Important Details
- You must stand still for a total of 4 seconds to leave combat
- You receive a message to stand still if you are in combat but haven't been damaged by a player in over 10 seconds
