SmoothRide: Bug-free transport

SmoothRide is a mod suite aimed to improve the vehicle experience in Minecraft.

Features, all of which can be enabled or disabled:

Boats are deleted and added to the player's inventory when exited from
Minecarts are deleted and added to the player's inventory when exited from
Lily Pads are destroyed by boats on collision
WIP Player is automatically placed into the boat or minecart whenever the vehicle is created (this isn't working because of a bug in the latest update/API)
WIP Vehicles cannot be destroyed by collision.

1.0 Previously SmoothBoat.

1.1 Fixed bug; If the user exits the vehicle by breaking it, the user is NOT granted a vehicle item.

1.2 Added config file, you can now enabled/disable boats and carts

1.3 Added the ability for boats to break Lily Pads.

Changed the config file to be more descriptive/added Lily Pad option
