This plugin allows you to /smack your players as needed and deal an amount of damage that you specify.

Smack
This is a very simple plugin that will allow you to use the /smack command with an optional power argument to specify how much damage to inflict. It also broadcasts a message saying that the player has been smacked by you.
Commands and Permissions
/smack <player> [power]
Ex: /smack somenoob 10
That would take half of their health. You can also just do /smack <player> and it will only take 1 heart from their health bar. /smack <player> 19 will leave them with 1/2 of a heart left if they had full health before and 20 will kill them.
There is only one permission needed to use:
smack.enabled
You should probably only give this permission to staff, since /smack does damage to the player.
Configuration
Drop the jar file in your plugins folder and give your admins the smack.enabled permission. There is no config file generated or needed.
