Sleep Percentage

Only a certain percentage of the players on the server need to be sleeping to change to day
What's new
- Added in customization for general messages that are sent out by the plugin. Uses a tokenizing interpreter to handle message changes. I would recommend this feature only for server admins that understand how indexes work.
- Added in command to set the offset for the day set. Default is 1000 which is what the minecraft sleep is set to.
- Changed how the plugin adds time which should allow for Moon cycles to work properly.
