- Players can now access the commands if they are Op OR if they have the permission.
- Now supports multi-world, you can use /day (Or any other commands) to set the time in the world you are in, or you can use something like /day world to set the time to day in the world "world" (Works with any command in this plugin as well.

Use /day worldnamehere gives an internal server error if the world you specify doesnt exist. It works fine if the world exists though.
