This update implements a updated messaging system. All messages are now contained in the message.yml.

This file will continue to be updated slightly in future builds.

Other points of interest:

1) Players now actually die when kill (death is registered in minecraft) 2) Voting signs can be configured in the messages.yml

1. Fixes kits. Kits are now displayed in the right postion.
2. Players now drop items on death.

1. Fixes reload command.
2. Added kitEnabled option to config. Set to false to disable kits.
3. Only enables vault economy if "useEconomy" is selected in the config.
4. Added maxMapSize in config. This can be set higher to enable larger maps. This is the area that is scanned by the plugin for chests, signs and beacons.
5. Added some color to the voting signs.
