SkyboxMail v3.0:

• Added EMAILS! See Emails.
• Added /mailadmin - Edit a few configuration file settings from in-game
• Fixed a few things from other parts of the plugin
• Grouped a few permissions into 1 (ex. "skyboxmail.signs.player.*")

SkyboxMail v2.1:

• Added separate permissions for signs - Now, you can potentially allow players to ONLY use signs, and not commands
