
This is SkillRunes! This plugin adds tons of special "Runes"! Players can use and activate these runes to give them many different special effects and skills! These skills can range from potion effects, to shooting flaming arrows, or to even spawning minion mobs that keep you safe! This plugin is very configurable, and it supports WorldEdit, to disable/enable particles in areas, it has particles, and it has tons of lines of configuration to let you change what you WANT to change!

Please note this plugin softdepends on WorldGuard/WorldEdit and EffectLib, it will work fine without either of them but I reccomend it as it will improve the experience by a whole lot more!

If you are using WorldGuard and WorldEdit support, please make sure to flag your global region with "SLEEP ALLOW", otherwise, runes will not work in said region. If you want to disable runes in a region after that, simply flag the selected region with "SLEEP DENY. I decided to use the SLEEP flag for this plugin so it'll be safe and not conflict with your other flags or other plugins.
