How to make:

1. Put sign in grass. Label anything.
   
2. Put a sign 2 blocks below the first one. Like the first image (post or mounted doesn't matter)
   
3. Right click the top sign for effect, if a trade sign, you have to click the actual sign on the bottom (top not needed).
