I would highly recommend reading the following, the permissions were changed and I recoded the entire plugin.
How to use?
SimpleReports is a simple plugin! All players need to do in chat is @<message> and voila, a report has been sent!
All online staff will receive the message in the chat, to remind them there is a new report, a noteblock now plays.
Permissions
All ops are automatically given the permission to receive reports. If you do not have op however, you can give players the permission 'simplereports.receive'
Installation
1. Drag it into plugins folder. 2. Done.
