Changes:

• [+] Added permission node to prevent players from promoting players FROM groups. (Ex. Can't promote user in admin group)
• [] Default config.yml available in jar
• [X] Removed check for player existing or not. (Very unreliable)

Upcoming Features:

• Config option to change/disable promotion sound
• ADDED Ability to restrict what groups a user can promote FROM.
  • Limit them so they can't promote a user in the administrator group

• Groups with spaces in their name aren't compatible (I would just make the group names have no spaces if you like using this plugin, I will most likely not fix this anytime soon)
