Changelog:

     - Added /simplehome reload command and this will reload all the simplehome files.
     - Added permissions:
                    home.reload: Allow to use the plugins reload function.
                    home.*: Allow all plugin permissions except home.reload permission.
     - From now while you are teleporting you can turn freely, but if you move your teleport will be cancelled.
     - From now you can't teleport while you are teleporting.
     - From now you can't delete your destination home while you are teleporting to there.
