God mode with permissions

SimpleGod is a simple plugin to give god mode to yourself or semeone. This plugin was originally created by captainawesome7 but because he doesn't have the time anymore to develop Bukkit plugin, I took over some of his plugins.

Give/Remove god to yourself and others
Permissions support
Automatic god mode if you have the permission node simplegod.use
