SimpleFAQ is a ingame accessable FAQ that should provide easy to get support information for the most common cases.

- added config value "pagesize"
- fixed messages and chat colors

- changed the way you read a ticket (now you have to type /faq #[id] instead of /faq [id])
- the /faq (without arguments) command will now list your questions (well, the first page)
- use /faq [page number] to go to that page
