Fix for MC/CB 1.6.2 where players could no longer control carts by punching them. MC changed the behavior (https://mojang.atlassian.net/browse/MC-19163) so that a player in a minecart (or any vehicle, for that matter) could not longer do damage to that vehicle. Now, punching anything (a block or even air) will have the same effect as punching the cart used to.

Also added Polish translation (thanks to Bartolus99!).
