Created with Craftbukkit 1.9.4-R0.1 in Java 7.

• Added simplebazooka.fire permission, no_firing_permission_message config option, SimpleBazooka.hasFiringPermission(Player P), SimpleBazookaConfig.getNoFiringPermissionMessage() and SimpleBazookaConfig.setNoFiringPermissionMessage() API methods
• Added SimpleBazookaConfig.setNoHandsModePermissionMessage(String Message) API method
• Renamed API method hasAnyPermission(Player P) to hasAnyCommandPermission(Player P)
• Improved hasAmmo(Player P), hasBazooka(Player P), hasAmmoPermission(Player P), hasBazookaPermission(Player P), hasReloadPermission(Player P), hasHandsModePermission(Player P), isHandsMode(Player P), isBazookaProjectile(Projectile P) and hasAnyCommandPermission(Player P) API methods
• Switched no_ammo_permission_message and no_bazooka_permission_message in the config and their methods in the SimpleBazookaConfig class
• Improved unknown projectile message
