Simple Utility Plugin 0.1.0-beta.1 - what's new since 0.0.3

Changed (read before updating)
- /levitate moved to its own plugin, Simple Levitation Plugin (SLP). If you want /levitate, /levitate slowfall and fall protection, install SLP as well. SLP needs this plugin, but this plugin doesn't need SLP. The levitation permissions are now slp.* instead of sup.levitate.
- /nightvision is now /nightvis. Its permissions are now sup.nightvis and sup.nightvis.inf, so grant the new names in LuckPerms.
- max-seconds in the config now applies to /speed and /nightvis only.

New
- You can give /speed and /nightvis to other players: /speed 30s <player>, /nightvis inf <player>, and clear works too. The name always goes last. The player gets a message saying who did it.
- With LuckPerms you can only target players at or below your own rank, judged by their highest group weight (inherited groups count). Your groups need weights set for this to work. The console, and anyone with sup.others.anyrank, skip the check.
- New permissions: sup.speed.others, sup.nightvis.others, sup.others.anyrank. All OP by default.
- Tab-complete suggests online player names.
- LuckPerms is optional. Without it, targeting other players only needs the permission.
- New messages are added to your config automatically on first start. Messages you already have keep their old text, so a few (like the /nightvision hint) may need editing by hand.

Requires Paper 26.3 and Java 25. Paper only (not Spigot).
