What's new
As version 1.0 was never added to Bukkit Dev, this will be considered the "first release". Differences between v1.0 and 2.0:
1. New/Changed commands
2. Code rewrite to neaten things up and reduce file size
3. Updated messages to beautify things a bit :)
1. Default comments in the config file get deleted when a review is submitted or deleted. Will be fixed in version 3.0.
2. Possible Bug: Permissions not working entirely in some cases. If this is true, please submit a ticket and a patch will be released as soon as possible :)
