What's new
- Rewrote the entire plugin from scratch
- Removed lots of bulk code that wasn't needed at all.
- Now uses metadata to save prefixes and suffixes. Other plugins can access them off a player with the string "prefix" and "suffix"
- Prefixes / suffixes will now update on promotion, group change, etc.
- You can now change a world's nickname, if you are using the [world] tag.
- The [time] variable has been reintroduced, we'll see if it works this time round.
