Simple Police v6.0.0
v6.0.0 brings major bug fixes improving the stability of the plugin.
Contraband items are now fully functioning.

Steps for upgrading:
Swap out your old simple police jar with this one.
Delete the Database folder inside the SimplePolice folder.

Change Log:
+ fixed crashing on minecraft versions lower than 1.9
+ fixed contraband items
+ changed storage format from mapdb to json
+ prevent adding jails of the same name
+ 1.18 support
+ contraband find chance is now set to 100% by default
+ other bug fixes
