Permission

nick.allow: Change your own Nickname
nick.allow.others: Change other Nicknames

Commands

/nick [name] - Change your nickname
/nick [player] [name] - Change others nickname

Open your Plugins folder.
Place the SimpleNick.java in the folder.
Start your Server.
Customize and enjoy. :)

You can edit:

NoPermission : If a player hasn't got the permission.
NickMessage : Receive a nickname
NoNick : Remove a nickname
PlayerError : Player not online
SetOthersNickName : Set other players nickname
RemoveOtherPlayersNickName: Remove other players nickname
