What's new

Added:
%sms_killentity_<world>% — mob kills (non‑player entities).
%sms_blockplace_<world>% — number of blocks placed.
%sms_blockbroken_<world>% — number of blocks broken.
%sms_playtime_<world>% — time in format HH:MM:SS.
%sms_rawplaytime_<world>% — time in seconds.

Fixed:
The kills placeholder now tracks only PvP kills.
The known bug with world_nether and other worlds is being addressed.
