- Added /skits kits
- /skits will now show the commands players can use (hides refresh and setspawn if not OP)
- Fixed bunch of bugs

- Added command blocker option. To block any command besides /skits /simplekits /soup /refill /ci and /clear
- /ci and /clear will now remove kit (doesnt overwrite /ci from essentials < example)
- Ops and players with skits.bypasscmdblock can still type any command
- Fixed death bug. and edited code on event.

Reloading the server whilst players in kit will not remove items and they will be able to drop those items.
