Simple Item Renamer(Also known as SIR) allows you to change the name of the current in hand item.

Command: /renameitem
usage: /renameitem <color> <name>
info: changes name of in hand item
permission: SIR.RENAME
Command: /colorcodes
usage: /colorcodes
info: Gives you a list of colorcodes
permission: none
- Change name of item in other players hand
- Add multiple colors instead of one
