This release includes a few updates:

1. General code cleanup

2. Added the ability to set donation info in the config file, such as available ranks that a player can donate for. This list is retrievable with the /donate list command

3. Temporarily removed plugin metrics support. McStats.org is bugging out at the moment for this plugin, so I decided to discontinue support. Might add this back at a later date.
