Added elemental arrows:

- Poison = /poison [player]

- Slowness = /slow [player]

- Blindness = /blind [player]

- Explosive = /rocket [player]

- Lighting = /wrath [player]

- Ice = /freeze [player]

- Lava = /lava [player]

- Teleportation = /telearrow [player]

Added new player commands:

- /explode <player> (must mark before exploding)

- /silentkill - sets all elemental arrows to enabled. Note: lava arrow overrides ice arrow.

If you go into SkyWars with elemental arrows enabled, you will be able to use them. I'm pretty sure this is true with other minigames such as Hunger Games or wherever you have a bow and arrow.
