• New permissions - see the main page for a list of permissions.
• Fix ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException when using only & on a line by itself.
• Fix NegativeArraySizeException when using /snews without any arguments.
• Fix ClassCastException by making sure a block is a sign before trying to cast it.
• Lots of reformatting and language fixes.
• Remove Direct Edit since it doesn't work properly anyway.
• Minecart will be placed on track next to the chest for the [minecart] sign.
• Add wooden button to list of activators.
• Various other tweaks and fixes.
