- Cool down time between links given to prevent people from spamming the signs.
- Default value is '0' in the configuration file which means off. The value is in ms so 1second is 1000miliseconds
- Removed MCStats plugin logging
- Because it is now closed, the code needed to be removed to prevent the plugin from sending 10000's of stack traces to console when their server goes down completely.
- Added a simple anti-grief system to the signs.
- Only people with 'signurls.break' will be able to break a SignURLs sign.
- Those with the permission must also be HOLDING a golden carrot in order to break the sign
