SignCart

Added configuration for the names of the different riderless minecarts.

Names are:

signcart.riderless.empty-minecart
signcart.riderless.furnace-minecart
signcart.riderless.tnt-minecart
signcart.riderless.mobspawner-minecart
signcart.riderless.hopper-minecart

• The player tends to suffocate some damage if there is a block above the rail (Eg a sign)
• If the player had stepped on a pressure plate, then goes on a ride but disconnects during it, he will immediately reactivate the redstone when returning, causing him to start the ride again. At'll show him!
