Sethome, TPA, Warps, Back

I couldn't find a good sethome plugin for my server after years of not playing Minecraft. They're all awful and too bulky/complex. So, built our own and included /back and /tpa and /warps in it too because why the heck not.

/back (return to previous location)

I also added button presses to this so that they can just be accepted/denied by clicking the buttons in chat:
/tpa [name] 
/tphere [name]
/tpaccept
/tpdeny
/tpaon (enable tp requests)
/tpaoff (disable tp requests)

/sethome (this will set a default home named default)
/sethome [name] (sets a home that has a name)
/delhome [name] (deletes home)
/home  (this will teleport you to the default home)
/home [name] (sends you to a home with a name)
/homes (lists homes)

This way you can /sethome and it just overwrites the default home. /sethome [already used name] overwrites that home. I like to adventure and I use /sethome as a checkpoint. I didn't want to have to keep doing /sethome name or /delhome name or anything like that. Overwritting is simpler and better.

Warps are for all players to TP to.

/createwarp [name] (creates a warp)
/warp [name] (teleports to a warp)
/delwarp [name] (deletes warp)
/warps (lists warps)

Config file should have the ability to enable or disable any of these features as well as set delays on the tps, a max number of homes, ability for warps to be made by more than just OPs, etc.
