ServerTokens creates a spendable token-based currency for players to use for in-game rewards!

- Version 1.1 -
Added/corrected a few more config.yml comments/string. Added a "DropChances" feature to ServerTokens, allowing players to receive tokens upon killing mobs (< 1.8 mobs). The chances/number of tokens are completely defined in the config.yml and include instructions on how to do chances. "DropChances" feature has a config.yml enabler/disabler if you do / do not want to use this feature!
