Chat system that lets admins and mods have their own private chat streams going.
What's new
- Added the option to allow or deny chat colors for the two streams.
- Added the option to have a custom alias for admin and mod chat streams.
- Added Toggling of the chat streams. i.e, /mct or /act will toggle whether all your messages will go to the corresponding chat stream or public chat.
