This is my second plugin to publish to this wonderful site! My Plugin lets Players(Moderators hopefully) Freeze players, who might be accused of Hacking, or other sorts of rule breaking. While frozen, they can only use the command /msg (Customizability coming soon) and can't move, break or place blocks. If the vicious player tries to leave the server, a message will prompt to all people with the permission, that will temp-ban them for 30 days, with a single click, (Ban Plugin needed as well as the permission to ban players)
Freezes the player you specify, and if the player isn't online, it doesn't work. If a player is already frozen, it will unfreeze them!
That is it! If you would like more customizability, just ask in the comments.
If a frozen player leaves the server, a player with the permission will be notfied.
Allows players to use the command /freeze [Player]
