Fixed a bug where the config file would not write properly.

Removed all deprecated methods in preparation for 1.1-R5. If you are downloading this plugin to work for an older version, anything up to 1.1-R1 SHOULD work, although remember that those versions are no longer officially supported.
PLEASE remember to update to this version if you plan on updating when Minecraft 1.2 comes out. It includes no new features, and no config changes, and will not screw with anything that you already have. It's simply to keep the plugin running.
