Sea Battle

Big update!

• draw possible, if no snowballs anymore
• config entry for number of snowballs
• Ammo seeking signs for extra snowballs ingame
• if all players leave and no winning possible anymore -> "last man standing" wins prize
• either fix xp or remove xp bar feature
• play sound when game starts
• multiple item prizes (only multiple ids, not amounts yet)
• add /sb reset command
• extend reset command to also teleport players out of an arena and reset the inventory
• add /sb recreateconfig command
• add command restriction while ingame: Only /sb leave is now possible while in a sea battle
• fix bug that leads to helmet loss
• fix sign on rightclick, if it's screwed
• reloading now properly tps people away and fixes signs
• update to 1.6.4
• minor bugfixes
