Sea Battle

Attention: Please delete the current config file and recreate your arenas!

• Added /sb list command
• Finally: A better arena system!

Containing the following features:

• Max players per arena
• Cooldown before starting a new game (10 seconds), players invincible while cooldown is not finished
• Arena states: Join, Starting, Ingame. Arenas only joinable when Join- or Starting-state.

After some testing I decided to not include a movement lock, this is very glitchy in a boat. Also, if you find any bugs, please report them immediately to me! Thank you for your great support :)

• Players can't join if placeable blocks in hand
